Processing Time

All orders are processing vary.
During new product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they are shipped.
MC Bamboo is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. MC Bamboo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue and determine the best solution.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select locations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
